This season features a musical adventure with fun loving pirates, the thrill of a Hitchcock-style mystery, a family’s adjustment to their sponsored refugee, a true story of a wartime love that lasts a lifetime, and the comic escapades of two elderly women trying to outdo one another.
And all of these plays are presented by your friends, relatives, and acquaintances that make up Victoria’s vibrant arts community. Don’t be someone who says, “Oh, I’m sorry I missed it.”

September 24 – October 11, 2026

We live in a world where refugees are created every minute.
In this Governor General’s Award winning drama set on the Gulf Islands, a university student chooses to sponsor Elias, a Salvadoran refugee, as a class project. The unexpected arrival forces the family to grapple with long-simmering tensions and confront the harsh realities of a refugee’s life.

A comedic thriller that will have you screaming with laughter and terror.
Jan and Greg rent an isolated farmhouse for a quiet holiday, but when they arrive they are told of a terrible murder that happened there. Soon Jan finds herself tormented by strange sounds in the night, mysterious heartbeats, the hand in the window, the blood on the floor…

Gilbert & Sullivan’s swashbuckling musical.
Join the lovestruck Frederic and his crew of buccaneers as they navigate the choppy waters of duty and romance in this boldly inclusive and playfully local adaptation of Gilbert & Sullivan’s popular operetta. With familiar tunes, hilarious hijinks, and a whole lot of pirate swagger!

April 15 – May 2, 2027

A true story, a love story, a memory in time.
This true story begins in 1940s Saskatchewan and follows Scottish-Canadian lovers Mary and Robbie, who are separated by war. Mary’s only comfort is Robbie’s letters. Then, the letters stop. Mary settles in Victoria and never marries. Years later, she makes a pilgrimage to the places he described in his letters, following in his footsteps to finally say “goodbye”.

A humourous and seemingly harmless bet between two senior-living residents escalates into a dangerous game.
Irritable Abby has a sunny room all to herself in a long-term care facility – until unbearably cheerful Marilyn is moved in. Determined to drive her annoying new roommate out, Abby launches what begins as a seemingly harmless bet between the two women. But as their rivalry escalates into a dangerous game of one-upmanship, secrets surface, lives are jeopardized, and peach cobbler is enjoyed.
